Listing details for 416 N St NW, Washington, DC 20001 : Welcome to your new home in Mt. Vernon / NOMA! Imagine it... late spring in Washington, DC, 2022... It's a bright spring afternoon, you come up to your gorgeous cherry tree in full bloom and walk the brick stairs to your front door and can't help but smile. Walking in the front door, you enter your living area and turn on the Apple Music on the TV, stopping to use the powder room to freshen up before grabbing some wine out of the wine fridge in the dining room. And then it is time to start dinner for your outdoor dinner party tonight, utilizing every inch of your gourmet kitchen. While the oven is heating up, you pop outside to set the table on your stone patio and make sure all of your potted plants are watered, lights are on and you have enough wood for your fire pit (so glad you got that Solo Stove last year!). Thank goodness you have two parking spaces, leaving more room for you guests to park on the street! After putting your veggies in the oven, you head upstairs to get ready. Before hoping in the shower, you make sure your guest bed is ready for our your friend from out of town who is staying over and that your office is cleaned up (got to keep up your image of being neat and tidy!). After your shower, you pull your favorite outfit out of your custom closet in your spacious primary bedroom and you are ready to go. You head back down your staircase with custom crafted hickory banister just in time as your guests start arriving, commenting how nice your hickory floors and designer walls look with your new paint colors... a small smile sneaks out, soaking in your pride at being a homeowner. Now, time to start up the grill, grab a drink and enjoy the evening!
