There’s a quiet courtyard just outside where the light comes in easy, and a short walk gets you to the Belle View Shopping Center for the everyday stuff. I’m close to the George Washington Parkway too, so if you’d rather walk or ride than drive, that’s right at your fingertips…along with Old Town, DC, Fort Belvoir, and National Harbor. In the past few years my owners have replaced my HVAC (2022), my oven and bathroom heater(2023), bathroom floor tiles(2024) and my microwave(2025). The folks who lived here before made so many memories within these walls, and I’ve held onto all of them. But it’s time to make room for new ones.
