Listing details for 5901 Mount Eagle Dr #1008, Alexandria, VA 22303 : Fantastic value for this unit with a single-family home feel, but with condo convenience and resort-like amenities! Fully renovated, spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home that is ready to move into and enjoy! Enjoy the treehouse feel, as you relax on your two enclosed balconies with sunrise and sunset views, trees, city lights, and even the Potomac River. Or entertain with the updated, open, newer kitchen and separate dining room; you will appreciate the convenience of the renovated bathrooms, one with a step-in shower and the other with a soaking tub. This home includes a GARAGE space as well as STORAGE space. Montebello offers a community center (undergoing renovation soon) and so many amenities that you will see no need to leave! But if you do, the shuttle or path will take you to the Huntington Metro and shopping, and we are 2 traffic lights from 495 and Old Town. Montebello offers an abundance of opportunities to socialize and pursue interests, including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courts, bowling, full-service restaurant with bar (that still delivers), tot lot, salon, convenience store, clubs, activities, events, and entertainment. Often we have been called a 'cruise ship on land', except that you will also enjoy the 35 wooded acres; maintaining our natural setting is a top priority here! Very pet-friendly, with a walking area behind the building, and several trails as well, for you or your dog. Financially secure, Montebello has never had a special assessment!
