Listing details for 10610 Sweepstakes Rd, Damascus, MD 20872 : One of my favorite listings of my career!! When you are sick and tired of the same old same old houses, here is a gorgeous updated contemporary for you to be the talk of all your friends and family. This is a "DeckHouse" the owners lovingly built the house and have kept it current by continuously improving it over the years. You will love it from the gorgeous double mahogany double front doors to all of the windows across the back of the house flooding the home in sunshine. Soaring beamed ceilings, Gorgeous new white kitchen and fancy pants stainless steel appliances. Gas stove with double ovens. Office/ den off of the kitchen. Family room off of the kitchen with glass sliders across the back of the house with a cool shiplap fireplace. Beautiful hardwood floors, updated primary bathroom with freestanding tub and shower. Fun lower level with stone fireplace and walkout, a bedroom and full bath. There is a 4th lower level for much needed storage. It has very high ceilings in the event you wanted to finish this area as well. Super home - I keep trying to talk the owners into staying but it is time to sell. Professional pictures coming. I promise you will want to see them!
