Come fall in love with this HUGE Townhome featuring 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths (Master on the Main Level plus another upstairs, each approximately 11x17 feet in size) PLUS Den/Library. It has a large dining room with gleaming hardwood floors that step down to the 2 Story family Room w/skylights and fireplace. Two decks (main & lower levels) backing to a tranquil wooded area. The home has a new roof including plywood decking installed in 2013, major upgrades in the kitchen including granite counters and a gas stove with a built-in microwave. Most of the main level has hardwood flooring. The home has a fully finished lower level with a 4th bedroom, full bath (shower only, no tub), a huge newly re-modeled recreation room with recessed ceiling lights, and a utility/laundry room. There are also new Anderson patio doors on both the lower level and the main level which open onto decks; the lower deck has steps leading down into the back yard. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with two marked parking spaces practically right outside the door. It backs up into 19 acres of dedicated park land, which Pohick Creek runs through, so there's no worry about overcrowding. It's in an awesome location close to the Fairfax County Parkway, just 10 minutes to the Franconia/Springfield Metro station (and Springfield Mall when they get done renovating it) as well as 3 miles to VRE, and just minutes away from grocery shopping in Saratoga Center. It's about 5 minutes from South County High School and the new South County Middle School.
