Listing details for 5913 Brunswick St, Springfield, VA 22150 : Back on the market! The location of this home can't be beat! It is very close to the VRE, Metro Bus, Metro, Slug lines, and I-95, 395, 495 interchanges. Within walking distance are Traders Joe's, Super Giant, and several restaurants and other shopping. This is an all brick home with a fenced back yard and a huge deck with composite decking boards. It's the perfect home for someone looking to renovate as it needs some love and attention to update it and make it shine again. It is being sold "As is" but with it being in the heart of Springfield, there would be instant equity. The roof was replaced in 2015 and the windows have also been replaced in the last few years. There is a sturdy pull down ladder to the attic which has an ENORMOUS amount of space for storage. The attic already has plywood flooring throughout. Tons of basement space with a large carpeted recreation area, a full bathroom, a storage room/office space that could, with a little work, be an additional bedroom, and a good sized room that has been set up as an second kitchen but could easily be changed to whatever the buyer wants the space for. There is great potential in this home!!
