Oh and the seller is replacing the HVAC system now for you so it will be BRAND NEW! The traditional layout is in tact with the 3 bedrooms on the main level, front living room, and separate dining room. The difference with this home is it also has a huge sunroom addition on the back (complete with hot tub!) which adds a lot of extra square footage. Wait until you see the backyard - it's HUGE! The entire backyard is nice and flat, surrounded by a fence, and has a shed for your mower and extra maintenance tools. Plenty of space for a pool, firepit, or kicking a ball around. This home is offered at a price that makes it affordable to come in and do your own cosmetic updates. A 203k could be a great option to customize it to your own tastes and then you can create your own memories!
