711 60th Pl Fairmount Heights, MD 20743

Listing details for 711 60th Pl, Fairmount Heights, MD 20743 : Very nice Rambler/Ranch. Major Renovation was completed in November 2018. The original house was an "L" shaped rambler. In 2018 the L was filled to create a rectangle. This increased the finished living space from 879 sqft to 1,238 sqft. All of the work was done with "Building Permits." The renovation was total. The original house was taken down to the studs. Walls were relocated to create a new "Open Concept" floor plan. All electrical, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, windows, roofing, siding, bathrooms, and the kitchen, are new as of November 2018. So effectively this is only a six-year-old house! The owners got tight on money at the end of this massive renovation and never installed some closet doors. There may be a little obvious deferred maintenance, but these are minor things. This is an outstanding opportunity for the house's size and overall condition.
