Listing details for 14036 Gullivers Trl, Bowie, MD 20720 : Looking for a new project with an eeeeaaassy price?! This is what you've been waiting for!!! This amazing 4 level former model TH in Bowie, MD has been waiting for YOU!!! It's calling your name... don't you hear it??? This diamond in the rough is tucked away in the Highbridge Subdivision and has everything you need. This place could be so AWESOME, if you can open your eyes to the vision!!! We'll start from the top floor and descend... This glorious townhouse features a HUUUUGE owner's suite that's fit for royalty. Dramatically high ceilings and large windows allow light to cascade into this suite like waterfalls off the face of a mountain. And wait until you see the Owner's bathroom... Just wait. When you exit the Owner's Suite, there's another full bathroom and 2 perfectly sized bedrooms. As you descend down the stairs onto the main level, you'll enter into the formal dining room anchored by hardwood floors that would make the NBA jealous once they've been restored and brought back to life!!! The dining room opens up to the living room that's so big, you might hear an echo if you yell across the room. Try it, I dare you. (wink, wink) In fact, the living room's so classy it should have a black baby grand piano sitting in the corner, just because!!! And I can't forget to mention the living room floors... oh my, they still shine like the aisles of a brand new bowling alley. The floors shine so bright, you may need to wear your sunglasses inside. (Kidding not kidding) Behind the dining room is a generous eat-in kitchen, with cabinet space galore which leads out to the deck off the back of the home. Lastly, the bottom floor boasts plenty of room for entertaining. The previous owner closed off the garage and increased the useable living space on the bottom floor. It comes complete with a fireplace and half bathroom. With a little TLC, this home can be restored to not only it's former glory but a new glory that will make it the flagship property of the neighborhood!!!
