Listing details for 113 E Hammaker St, Thurmont, MD 21788 : Estate sale being sold as-is. Previous owner has not lived in property for 5+ years and was the original owner. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in Thurmont - there is no HOA in this community. This would make a great starter home or investment property. Home is ready for your updating. A lot of the decor (carpet, wallpaper) is from the original owner and does need updated/upgraded. But the home is solid and has been professionally cleaned. From the kitchen you can access the fenced back yard. The deck does need work- do not walk on it. You can access the yard from the unfinished basement.
